Attorney at law

Sixteen years in practice, admitted to the Frankfurt am Main Bar. She runs the firm, carries responsibility for every mandate and signs off every set of accounts.

Her focus lies where tax and legal questions meet. Representation before tax offices, authorities and courts throughout Germany, from the audit through the appeal to proceedings before the tax court.

She takes on only what she can answer for. Every mandate crosses her desk, not a case handler’s. Advice in German, Turkish and English.

Management and strategy

He is neither an attorney nor a tax adviser. He has built up twenty-three years of entrepreneurial experience in his own companies and at the tables of proprietors, family business owners and managing directors across the German-speaking region and the United Arab Emirates. He knows both sides of the desk.

His field is structure, namely legal forms, shareholding chains, restructuring during ongoing operations, international set-up and succession. In addition, he works alongside the attorney to support clients through tax audits, crises and proceedings.

He is the author of several books and is in demand as a sounding board when figures and decisions come together. For most clients he is the first point of contact and the one who holds the threads together. Legal and tax advice is provided exclusively by the attorney.
